*Headache*

Was reading thru my old xanga blog n I finally realised I'm having a terrible headache from the striking colouration and fanciful happy faces all around..


Hello!?~

Bright orange background coupled with purple words in small font? I would have probably failed my presentation for the horrid choice of colours..



But then again, it strikes me that I was previously an overtly optimistic and happy girl back then... I may sound sad from my blog posts as a number of them eludes a melody of sadness (I could still feel the tug in my heart reading them now), but ultimately, the hurt felt at that moment was penned down in a chirpy, self encouraging manner with optimism for the future instead of pessimism and self-loath! *good job* (pat on my back) *grins*

Oh well... The overtly enthusiatic and optimistic me seems to have been tamed down by a large extent now, and I must still admit I have got a weird penchant for cutesy and cheerful colours, even now.. But my current blog is definitely more readable as compared to the old one.. (well, it must also be due to the change in the template, the old template which was the colour of burnt orange, was no longer accessible and I don't even know the reason for it..)

But I love the way I added my favourite quotes at the end of each post, which strongly reminded me of the various reasons explaining my love for those quotes at that particular time...

Since I'm still alive and kicking, I must say I've definitely grown into a much stronger person than I was before... =)
